Gymnastics for Your Littlest Athlete

Their first flips. Their biggest giggles. Their happy place.

From the toddler years through preschool, The Zone is where little ones learn to move, listen, and try new things. All while having a ton of fun.

A Gentle, Happy Start

Early gymnastics is about so much more than skills. Little ones build strength and balance, learn to follow directions, take turns, and feel proud of what they can do. We even sneak in kindergarten-readiness basics like numbers and listening. And yes, it is a whole lot of fun. We bring a new theme and curriculum every two weeks, so classes always feel fresh.

Parent Tot

Parent Tot is for our littlest movers. You and your child play, climb, and bounce together. A coach leads the class and sets up every station, and you join in on the fun. We call it Parent Tot because parents help teach. We show you how to guide your child through each new skill.

Toddler Bounce Time

Open play just for the little ones.

Toddler Bounce Time is open play just for our littlest visitors. Toddler bounce for July is 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ($25 members, $30 non-members). Come and go all day or drop-in for just an hour for $10. Dates and times are subject to change. Be sure to check our schedule or Facebook page to see what’s coming up next.

Pre-K Gymnastics, Ages 3 to 5

A coed, 45-minute class with a small 6 to 1 ratio, so every child gets plenty of attention. Pre-K has three steps, and your child moves up as they are ready. $65 a month.

Beginner

The starting class. Little ones explore gymnastics through obstacle courses, fun stations, and games on both preschool and big-kid equipment.

Building

The next step. A bit faster, with more skills on floor, low beam, bars, vault, and the trampoline.

Getting Ready

For preschoolers who are ready for more. More advanced skills on the same events, getting ready for the big-kid classes.

Great for Growing Bodies and Minds

Motor Skills

Running, jumping, balancing, and climbing build strong, capable little bodies.

Listening

Following directions and taking turns are big wins at this age.

Confidence

Trying something new and doing it builds happy, brave kids.

Fun and Friends

Smiles, songs, and first friendships make the gym a happy place.

Where Gymnastics Can Take Your Child
