About Our Team

Our Girls Competitive Team trains and competes in the USA Gymnastics Development Program. Our gymnasts compete across Indiana and nearby states to develop State, Regional, and National qualifiers. It is a real commitment, met with real support in a safe and encouraging gym.

Sammi Richards

Sammi grew up in the gym and has coached around the world, including China. She believes gymnastics builds confidence, discipline, and a strong mind. She even co-created a mindset book for young athletes.

Kaitlyn Ewald

Kaitlyn competed five years collegiately at Illinois and Arkansas and spent twelve years as a competitive USAG gymnast, earning Indiana state titles and qualifying for Regionals and Nationals. She knows exactly what it takes to compete and how to help your athlete get there.

Lindsey Orem

Lindsey grew up in Kentucky and graduated from USI’s nursing program in 2010. She is married and has two children. She currently works as a teacher’s assistant at an elementary school. She has always been passionate about the sport of gymnastics. She competed herself up to level 7, and she continues to enjoy the sport by watching her daughter compete and by coaching.
