Train like a diver. No pool required.

Divers need more reps than pool time allows. Dryland training fixes that. At The Zone, divers use trampolines, diving boards, and spotting rigs to learn new dives and sharpen old ones in a safe setting. More reps. Less fear. Better dives.

Built for Divers

Our dryland classes are for middle school and high school divers, from beginner through advanced. New divers build the basics without the deep end. Experienced divers drill harder dives with a spotting rig before they ever try them off a board. Swim team, dive team, or just diving curious. There is a spot here.

Find Your Level

We offer four classes based on age and experience. Not sure where your diver fits? Ask us. We will help you pick.

Middle School Beginner and Intermediate

For middle school divers who are new to the sport. Divers learn the basics that every dive is built on: the approach, the hurdle, the takeoff, and a clean entry.

Middle School Advanced

For middle school divers with experience. Divers work on front, back, reverse, and inward dives, plus somersaults in tuck and pike.

High School Beginner and Intermediate

For high school divers who are new to the sport. Same strong start: approach, hurdle, takeoff, and entry, taught at their pace.

High School Advanced

For experienced high school divers. Divers drill their hardest dives, from back and inward one and a half somersaults up to advanced twisting dives.

All dryland diving students must have an AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) membership.

Meet Coach Andy

Andy Brown has coached divers for more than 15 years, from elementary school all the way to NCAA Division 1. His divers have won conference titles and qualified for state. He has been named Coach of the Year. Your diver is in good hands.
