Clinics
On Selected Fridays every month, The Zone is hosting specific clinics. They include tumbling, uneven bars, parkour, and others. Click the learn more button to see more information on which clinics are in to see which ones you are interested in!

We are an excellent choice for hosting a party.
Christmas Break Camp
The 2023 Christmas Camp dates will be available soon. You may register for one day or all week, early drop-off and late pick-up are available.
The cost for this camp is $35 per day!
Pre-registration is required and will be available all Christmas Break.
Field Trips
A field trip to The Zone is a great way to introduce kids to gymnastics. We offer hands-on instruction by our USAG-certified instructors, plenty of activities, and lots of fun. It’s also an effective way to burn off some of that energy!
Open Gym
An excellent way for your kids to spend their Friday nights and have fun! Check out the fun themes we have for our open gym nights.
Meets
The Men’s River City Gymnastics Invitational will be held at The Zone Athletics Center on February 11, 2024. Be on the lookout for more information!
