On Selected Fridays every month, The Zone is hosting specific clinics. They include tumbling, uneven bars, Ninja, Cheer Clinicsand others. Click the learn more button to see more information on which clinics are in to see which ones you are interested in!

Summer Camp
The 2026 Summer Day Camp dates are available!
The Zone Summer Day Camp is filled with fun days of indoor and outdoor activity. Camp Registration will begin soon! Camp Dates will be May 26th – June 26th and July 6th – August 7th.
Rates are $50 per day or $225 for a full week. The Zone will provide 2 snacks a day. The camper may bring their lunch or purchase lunch and/or snacks from our Pro Shop. Activities include Group Games, Crafts, Movies, and Ninja courses. Basketball, Gaga Ball, water games, and other outside activities. There will be time scheduled for gymnastics instruction and tumbling.
Field Trips
A field trip to The Zone is a great way to introduce kids to gymnastics. Our USAG-certified instructors offer hands-on instruction, plenty of activities, and lots of fun. It’s also an effective way to burn off some of that energy!
Open Gym
An excellent way for your kids to spend their Friday nights and have fun! Check out the fun themes we have for our open gym nights.
Meets
The Men’s River City Gymnastics Invitational will be held at The Zone Athletics Center on February 7th 2026. More information is available by clicking the ‘learn more’ button.
